Yes — for projects over £995, we typically split payment into 50% at the start and 50% on completion. For larger projects we can discuss staged payments. Just mention it when you get in touch and we'll find something that works.
Is my website price really fixed?
Yes, genuinely fixed. Once you accept your quote, the price doesn't change unless you ask us to add something that wasn't in the original scope. We've never sent a surprise invoice to a client and we're not about to start.
How do I know which package is right for me?
The honest answer: give us a call or pop in. We'll ask a few questions about your business, your goals and your budget, and recommend the best fit — even if that means steering you towards a simpler package than you thought you needed. We'd rather build the right thing than an expensive thing.
Do you offer website redesigns for existing businesses?
